Like you, we found Nancy through her advertising. We spent quite a bit
of time trying to find the right agent. Nancy works for Century 21
Award (we've dealt with them before and like them), she's in the top
2% of all agents, and she's been named a 5-star real estate agent by SAN DIEGO MAGAZINE. All that sounded pretty good on paper, so we decided to meet with her.

Nancy impressed us immediately with her familiarity with the
neighborhood (UC) and her research on comparable properties. We decided to
ask her to be our agent, and we have had no regrets.

Nancy excels at the mountainous paperwork we had to wade through. She
has been extremely attentive and has pointed out numerous details
missed by other agents along the way. At every step she has been there
to protect our interests and ensure the easiest, most profitable sale
possible.

Nancy employed a comprehensive marketing strategy, with professional
photography, full color, glossy fliers, online video tour, and regular
open houses. Immediately we had a lot of interest, and within two
weeks we had our first offer. We held out, and finally accepted an
offer just $4,000 off our asking price. Escrow has closed now on our
property in Villas at University Park on Caminito Baeza. We sold at a price considerably
higher than anyone else has sold their 2 bedroom/2 bathroom recently.
Now we have asked Nancy to help us find a new home to buy.

Aside from this, on a personal note, Nancy is a delightful person. She
is always positive and upbeat. She makes herself available in as many
